The well-being of your intestine - Take it in the evening, it works in the morning! Regulami is a valid support for the regularity of intestinal transit.
Recommendations for use: Start by using a teaspoon dissolved in a glass of warm water. It can be drunk after dinner and before sleeping. If needed, increase to 2 teaspoons. It can be used every evening, or only when necessary. It generally works in 1-2 doses. Take 1 hour after taking medications.
Limitations of use: diabetes, pregnancy and breastfeeding, children and subjects sensitive to its ingredients.
