    Cette BANDE D'éCARTEMENT peut se monter de deux façons : la méthode standard ou la méthode "moderne" qui consiste à placer la bande d'écartement 6,5 mm plus haute.Cette nouvelle technique de montage permet aux abeilles d'avoir deux passages : un sous la tête du cadre, l’autre entre la partie latérale du cadre et la paroi de la ruche. L'abeille peut passer par dessous le cadre empêchant ainsi de propoliser les bords du cadre contre le corps ou la hausse.
