Knife adjustment is quick and easy by means of a lever located on the side of the uncapping machine that allows tightening or widening the passage between the knives. The combs introduced manually are automatically guided and inserted between the blades in order to obtain regular and systematic uncapping on both sides.
After the uncapping process, the frames are stored by sliding them onto the frame. An uncapping bench can be placed under the frame as in the picture (the length of the frame varies according to the length of the bench).
The function of the direct wax melter is to separate the operculum from the honey and directly generate melted wax. As a result, clean melted wax and honey are discharged from two separate drains. In this way, two processes are completed in a single process. The direct wax melter is equipped with a double regulation (one for controlling the temperature of the honey, and the other for regulating the temperature of the melting of the operculum) and with a double outlet (one dedicated to honey and the other to the discharge of wax). The machine is equipped with a simple and functional and functional control panel.
Following careful analyses and evaluations, the use of heat to melt the wax does not alter the freshness index of the honey and its state of preservation.
